These terms govern your use of the Nurture website and the services we provide. By using the site or booking a call, you agree to them.
This website is operated by Nurture, a trading name of UltiYou LLC, Unit #A3974, 312 W 2nd St, Casper, WY 82601, United States ("Nurture", "we", "us", "our"). You can reach us at dan@nurtureoutreach.com.
By accessing this website, booking an AI Audit, or engaging our services, you confirm that you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or our services.
You may use the website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse it, interfere with its operation or security, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it in any way that could damage or disrupt it or another person's use of it.
The AI Audit is a free, no-obligation consultation to review your current sales and marketing journey and identify opportunities. Any paid work, including a Blueprint or a built system, is a separate engagement, agreed with you in advance in writing, including its scope, deliverables and price. Nothing on this website is an offer to provide services on particular terms until we agree them with you.
When you book a call you agree to provide accurate information. We may contact you about your booking and, where permitted, about relevant services. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time.
We share our experience, methods and examples to help you make an informed decision. We do not promise or guarantee any specific result, income, or outcome unless specifically written into any agreements you sign with us to commence a scope of work together. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your offer, market, effort and how you apply what is built. Any figures or examples we mention are illustrative and are not a guarantee of your results.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse it without our written permission. The Nurture name and logo may not be used without our consent.
Our services may work alongside third-party tools and platforms, and our website may link to third-party sites. We do not control those tools or sites and are not responsible for them or their terms. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
The website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the website or our services. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses or costs arising from your misuse of the website or your breach of these terms.
Our handling of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and the courts of Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
Nurture runs a referral programme for businesses and individuals who introduce other businesses to us. These terms apply to anyone who holds a referral link or a referrer account (a "referrer"), in addition to the rest of this page.
How a referral is attributed. A business is attributed to you when it first reaches us through your referral link, or when it opts in on our website within 90 days of first arriving through your link (we set a small first-party cookie for that window). Attribution is first-touch: the first referrer whose link a business used keeps the referral, and a later link does not replace it. A business that is already in our system, that you yourself own or work for, or that we are already in conversation with, cannot be attributed to you.
What you earn. You earn a commission of 10% of each invoice amount that a business attributed to you pays to Nurture, for as long as that business remains a paying client. A commission accrues when the invoice is issued and becomes payable once the client has paid it in full. We pay out payable commissions to you in batches at our discretion, using the payout details you give us, and we email you a receipt for every payout.
Refunds and reversals. If a client's payment is refunded or reversed before we have paid you, the related commission is cancelled. If it happens after we have paid you, we review the case and may set the amount against your future commissions; we will not ask you to repay a commission that has already been paid out.
Your responsibilities. You must describe Nurture accurately, make no promises on our behalf, send no unsolicited bulk messages carrying your link, and never bid on our brand terms or misrepresent yourself as Nurture. Any tax on commissions you receive is your responsibility.
Suspension and ending the programme. We may suspend or revoke a referrer account, or decline an attribution, where these terms are breached or a referral looks fraudulent; commissions already paid are not affected. We may change the commission rate or the attribution window for future referrals by updating this section, and we may close the programme with 30 days' notice. Your referrer account holds only your name, email and payout details, handled under our privacy policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with the date it was last updated. Your continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms.
